NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti gets 21 Gbps Micron GDDR6X memory
NVIDIA's pending flagship graphics card, the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti will utilize Micron's 21 Gbps RAM. Taiwanese media outlet "Uniko Hardware," which frequently publishes information about unannounced products, has revealed a code from Micron's GDDR6X memory catalog.
According to a report posted by Uniko's Hardware and then spotted by VideoCardz, the RTX 3090 Ti will be equipped with RAM designated "MT61K512M32KPA-21U." Not only does the card utilize the full 384-bit bus width of the "GA102" hardware, but it thus utilizes Micron-sourced "MT61K512M32KPA-21U" GDDR6X memory chips clocked at 21 Gbps. This translates in a about 7.7% increase in memory bandwidth over the RTX 3090, with a possible 1008 GB/s available. The Radeon VII would retain the title of greatest memory bandwidth on a client-segment graphics card, as it employs 4096-bit HBM2 to accomplish 1024 GB/s. Add to that; the RTX 3090 Ti utilizes all 84 streaming multiprocessors on the "GA102" hardware (SM) and that's 10752 shader processors.
If the rumors are correct; the card is expected to be released in January 2022.

Cyberpunk for sure needs even more power than a high end clocked 3090 to max settings and keep near 60fps @ UHD, I know because I have one.
However, I'm sure I'll laugh when I see the launch price
