MSI unveils ten AMD-B450 motherboards for Ryzen 2000
It's a bit of a mess with the AMD B450 launch (still two weeks away), as manufacturers are already displaying their motherboards. MSI now as well is listings no less than ten B450 models.
Various B450 motherboards already have surfaced at etailers as well, but then disappeared again. MSI now is listing ten models on their public product pages, all AMDs B450 chipset MSI will release three series; Performance Gaming, Arsenal Gaming and the Pro Series. B450 basically is a refreshed B350.
The top model will be the B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC offering best features including ac-WLAN and ALC1220 audio codec, which the B450 Gaming Plus does not have. A Micro ATX variant B450M Gaming Plus is released as well as a smaller B450I Gaming Plus AC in Mini-ITX form factor. Models of the Arsenal family with military naming are B450 Tomahawk , B450M Mortar, B450M Bazooka Plus and B450M Bazooka and are all except for the Tomahawk in a Micro ATX form factor, check that "M" behind the chipset name.

Each chipset will add select numbers of USB ports, the Ryzen processor also offers four native USB 3.1 ports. There is support for RAID 0/1/10 configurations both SATA and now NVME as well as overclocking support on the X470 and B450 chipset. B450 will also support enhanced XFR2.
