MSI to release Siberia V2 dragon Headset

MSI releases an update to their SteelSeries Siberia V2 Headset, this one is a special MSI Dragon Army Edition. The SteelSeries Siberia headset is one of the better headsets in its categor, that much is true.  The headset was already released a little while agao, but just went live again on the MSI press website.

These headphones use the passive noise-cancelling technology, which means that they solely rely on their shape and build to prevent outside noise from reaching you. The passive noise cancellation is not nearly as effective as the active kind, but for the purposes of these headphones that might be a good thing.

  • Closed ear headphones
  • Pull-out Active Noise-Canceling microphone
  • Crystal clear high, low and mid-tones
  • 50mm driver units
  • Lightweight suspension construction
  • Integrated volume control located on the cord
  • PC and Mac Compatible
  • Programmable Frost Blue Illumination

I'm not a big fan of SteelSeries Siberia V2 Headset.

All my WoW guild m8's who use them say they crush your ears after hours of game play.

They don't fit over the ears, they sit on the ears. No thanks. Great headset don't get me wrong. If like me you use a headset all day(and night) then they will start to hurt after some hours.

So i got a set of Platronics that don't even touch ya ears. SteelSeries Siberia V2 Headset are comfy when you first try them but trust me they will crush your ears if you game or use for long periods.

Maybe you can get away with it if you have tiny ears. Or maybe i just have a big head and huge ears. :)
