LG offers 2MP410-B full HD LCD / VA display for under 75 USD
LG introduced the 22MP410-B 21.45-inch full HD liquid crystal display-based monitor. It will be available in mid-February for just under 75 USD/EUR.
The LCD screen employs a high-contrast VA technique and has eye care capabilities such as "blue light reduction mode" and "flicker safe." Additionally, it includes gaming-specific features such as "DAS mode" that eliminates screen latency and "Black stabilizer" that improves vision in dark scenarios, and is effective in a wide variety of situations ranging from business to gaming.
The primary specifications include a brightness of 250 cd / m2, a contrast ratio of 3,000: 1, a color gamut of 72 percent NTSC, a response time of 20 milliseconds, a display color space of approximately 16.77 million colors, a horizontal / vertical viewing angle of 178 degrees, a refresh rate of 75 Hz, and AMD display synchronization technology. Compatible with FreeSync. The interfaces are HDMIx1 and D-Subx1, the stand tilts from -5 to 15 degrees, and the VESA mounter measures 75x75mm. External measurements are 512 mm in width, 190 mm in depth, 384 mm in height, and 2.6 kg in weight.

This is good enough for a budget monitor for kids gaming setup. And 75hz is quite good for alot of games.

If you value your eye sight and don't want to feel pocked by needles on your eye balls every time you use this piece of crap, avoid.
Yes, I've used LG monitors for years.
Yes, they all burn out in short time use.
Yes, the last one was sold with only 2 years of use because it was burning my eyes every day.
No, you shouldn't buy LG.

Lots of opinions here potrayed as though they are facts. Interesting.
The idea that you have used every single monitor that LG has ever produced to make the claims that you have is also interesting.
It's also interesting how if the things you state were true, on some universal scale, we'd see it in the user reviews....
Very...interesting....

I fixed monitors in the past that start opening and closing till they get warm and stay on , with this issue getting worse over time . 99% of the time recapping their power supply does the trick . a lot of friends that where ready to throw away their monitor and get a new one before i fix it for less than 2 bucks . Most of the times it was on cheap monitors.

Sounds good enough for your (grand) parents facebook/email machine I guess. Also, no more 60hz even in this ultra-budget tier?
