LG 34WQ75C-B 34-inch UWQHD curved liquid crystal display with KVM switch and connected LAN

LG Electronics introduced the 34-inch curved liquid crystal display 34WQ75C-B that supports UWQHD resolution (3,440 x 1,440 pixels).

A KVM switch function that can be used to swap keyboards, mouse, and displays between two PCs, a wired LAN function, a USB PD with a maximum output of 90W, and a PBP that can display images from several output devices simultaneously on one screen are all included. As eye care features, it also provides a blue light reduction mode and flicker safe. The LCD panel is an IPS system with 300cd/m2 brightness, 5ms reaction time, 60Hz refresh rate, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, sRGB 99% color gamut, maximum display color of about 1.07 billion colors, and a horizontal/vertical viewing angle of 178°. HDMI x 2, USB Type-C x 1, DisplayPort x 1, USB upstream x 1, USB downstream x 4 (USB 2.0 x / USB 3.0 x 2), audio output x 1, LAN x 1 are the interfaces.

The speaker has a 7W x 2 output, a stand that can be angled from -5 to 20°, and a height adjustment of 110mm. The VESA mounter has an exterior dimension of 817 mm wide, 260 mm deep, 460 to 570 mm high, and weighs 8.6 kg. It's priced roughly 560 EUR/USD.

I'm very curious about the LAN port. Is that for firmware updates or support for HDBaseT?
