looks like ps4 gameplay 30fps i have ps4 and pc the problem with ps4 is the 30 fps i notice it when i play on my pc nice 60 fps then go ps4 and its 30 fps you notice it, i just hope they make a retail pc version avaliable for people with slow internet because this being open world i reckon its gonna be big size 40-50gb, if it download only on pc i have get it on ps4

The game looks like so much fun. As long as it runs smooth that is. A game like this can be ruined totally by hitching/stuttering.

They totally ripped off Italy.
Its no biggie but South/Central America and North Africa are so much more fertile places for a dictatorship.
Also, tessellation missing badly.
