I prefer my Fractal Define 7, which allows me to remove the entire top for easy access.

very clever and very classy.
my usual cup o' tea is a phanteks or lian li but if i was system building for someone else this is as close to a home run as the ITX Cooler Master NR200P. both allow 360 access and a good price. so i would choose this for a M-ATX or ATX build.
