EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti FTW Ultra Silent Gaming
EVGA released a new version of the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti in the FTW Ultra Silent Gaming series, it operates at frequencies of 1607/1683/8008 MHz and consumes 235W and comes with a more customized ACX 3.0 cooler.
The card is fitted with two eight-pin power connectors and a power delivery based on 10+2 phases. Tagged as Ultra Silent it was fitted with a ACX 3.0 cooler system with a thicker heatsink, that makes this a three-slot unit. The card itself occupies only two and a half expansion slots, that third bar in the IO plate shows a wide gap for air circulation.
The fan profiles are set to super-quiet mode. The model is selling at $499.

Not that impressed with my current EVGA 1070 FTW. Uses to much power for no reason, the extra juice delivered by 2x8 pin connectors proved to be of no improvement vs the less power hungry cards, its not the power demands the limits this GPU. I would rather have a Palit jestream version of the 1070. Cooling is on average with rest of the similar cards. And oh yeah, EVGA put wrong size heat pads on various components, they send me a set of new ones so i could replace them, no biggie.
Only real good thing about the EVGA is it has extended warranty.
