EVGA announces its GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti

EVGA announces its GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti

EVGA officially announced its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti graphics cards, expanding its repertoire of graphics cards with new proposals for the most enthusiastic.

With 12GB of GDDR6X memory, the RTX 3080 Ti extends its memory by 20% compared to the RTX 3080, which together with its extra Cuda Cores makes it the ideal proposal to play in 4K resolution. In turn, the RTX 3070 Ti has 8GB of GDDR6X memory, significantly increasing the bandwidth compared to the GDDR6 memory of the RTX 3070 for greater performance when playing games.

In addition to these improvements over the original models, these new Ti versions maintain all the advantages of the GeForce RTX 30 series based on the Nvidia Ampere architecture, including 2nd RT Cores. Generation and Tensor Cores of 3rd. Best-in-class gaming performance generation with real-time Ray-Tracing, Nvidia Reflex to reduce latency from when you move until it's reflected on the monitor, and support for the full range of Nvidia software, including GeForce Game Ready drivers for the maximum performance in games and Nvidia Studio drivers for professional use, and Nvidia Broadcast to transmit your games in the best possible quality to your viewers.

EVGA's RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti will arrive in XC3 and FTW3 versions, working at low temperatures thanks to the power of iCX3 cooling. This cooling system has a unified copper block that extracts the heat generated by the GPU and the memories more efficiently, and transmits it to the copper heatpipes responsible for distributing the heat through the aluminum fins that make up the heatsink. . These perforated aluminum fins with an L-shaped curvature allow to redirect the air flow and maximize the contact surface with it, which together with its fans with asymmetric design allows to achieve greater efficiency and less noise, combining silence with low temperatures and therefore resulting in the ideal option when selecting your next graphics card.

In addition, for the most enthusiastic, the RTX 3080 Ti will also be available in Hybrid and Hydro Cooper versions, to reduce your temperatures to the minimum thanks to the power of liquid cooling.

An excellent hardware with meticulous care in every detail is added the EVGA Precision X1 software, where you will have complete control over your EVGA RTX Series 30 graphics card. From Precision X1 you can control its RGB lighting, the speed of its fans, perform overclock to achieve maximum performance, and view the 9 iCX temperature sensors present in the FTW3 models to observe with maximum detail and precision the status of your card in real time, having the possibility of adjusting your graph to the perfect point for you.

Get the most out of your GeForce RTX 30 Ti Series with an EVGA power supply
In order for your graphics card to deliver its full potential, it is essential that it be supplied with stable power, which is why EVGA recommends combining its new GeForce RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti with a SuperNova power supply of at least 700W in the case of the RTX 3070 Ti and 750W in the case of the RTX 3080.

I don't understand why evga think this fan design is nice... it's so gross looking, I can't imagine it has any functional reason for being made to look like that.

Not that I'll ever get a Two Thousand Dollar video card *shrugs*

EVGA lost so much quality after 1xxx series...
Anyways when we are talking about high end cards or anything above 350eu scene we should have full copper heatsink (yes everything) and aluminium brackets.
This card (https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/evga-launches-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-k%7Cngp%7Cn.html) that they used to sell for 1K SHOULD be their 3060ti and anything above it
This built quality is a joke and especially dissapointing from this company.

i don't understand why ANY of these companies keep "announcing" these new cards. if there are no new cards available, all these announcements are nothing more than "whispers".

This. They're instantly sold out, and overpriced. This is the worst time ever to try and build a gaming PC.
