Enermax COENUS Mid-Tower Chassis

Enermax COENUS Mid-Tower Chassis

Enermax, building on the strength and features of their Fulmo ST series, has released the COENUS series of chassis. Like the Fulmo ST, the COENUS features a three-dimensional black iron mesh for optimal cooling and an overall exciting visual effect. This fully covered chassis' grill mesh allows for superior ventilation for cooling.

The COENUS has 30mm of clearance for easy backside cable routing. On the side is a chic, full-cover acrylic side panel; one of the iconic features from Enermax where the builder can show off an individual or customized interior. This design with wide expansion allows the installation of high-end tower type components.

The dual internal USB 3.0 ports will keep you up to speed with the SuperSpeed transfer ability and the internal 19-pin and USB 2.0 headers will help you maintain maximum compatiblity and expandability.

By supporting eight 3.5" or 2.5" +1 expansion slots, the COENUS case has got terrific potential for expansion compared to other chassis of the same class. With this setup there can be up to 3 dual slot VGA cards installed. The flexible HDD configuration allows customized system builds such as:

  • 7 x 3.5" with upper HDD bracket in 3.5" position ( 5 x 3.5" for ECA3290B)
  • 4 x 2.5" + 3 x 3.5" with upper HDD bracket in 2.5" position ( 2 x 2.5" for ECA3290B)
  • 3 x 3.5" with upper HDD bracket being removed for maximized VGA card cooling.

To maximize the cooling performance, the Enermax COENUS can be installed with a maximum of 6 fans. You can put dual 12cm fan slots in the front for maximized airflow and the case supports ENERMAX's UCTA18A/UCTVQ18A x 1 on the top. There is also a new Cut-out for quick CPU cooler maintenance. With a bottom mounted PSU slot with rubber pads and removable dust filter it helps to keep the power supply clean. Lastly, the new Enermax patented SlideIn locker gives you easy tool free ODD installation.

The Enermax COENUS cases come in two colors, either a gun metal gray or jet black.
