Downsampling still works by manually adding resolutions (CRU).

Downloading now, thanks AMDMatt. Please fix the micro-stuttering issues that occur with Fifa 15, I notice my GPU doesn't use more than 30% while actually playing the game (on all settings turned to highest), but when rendering cut-scenes, and replays, and goal-line decisions, and corners and such the GPU usage sometimes increases to 100%. The game runs smooth 90% of the time, but these random micro-stutters that occur are really frustrating, sometimes they happen randomly while I'm taking a shot to score a goal.
The issue isn't an FPS issue, as while playing the game FPS is very high, I use radeonpro to force vsync because it's more stable than the game's "lock to 60 fps" mechanism.
Anyway can't wait to test GTA 5 with these drivers, hopefully you guys are secretly working on VSR for us
