DDR5-7600 memory is compatible with the Core i9-13900K.
That'll be an expensive set of memory, crikey. but XMP enabled and thus guaranteed to work with a proper Z790 motherboard.
Intel maintains a registry of XMP 3.0 ready platforms. A list of memory manufacturers' "self-certifications" for particular CPU, motherboard, and memory models. The 13th generation Core series has been added to this list of certified hardware, revealing that the top CPU, the i9-13900K, is compatible with DDR5-7600 memory.
G.Skill RAM has been verified to have the fastest XMP profiles on the ASUS Z790 ROG Maximus Hero and Apex motherboards. The compatibility of DDR5-7466 and DDR5-7600 memory at 1.4 Volts and 36 CAS latency has been verified.

7900 MHz ... interesting to know is that the fastest G.Skill DDR5 kit on the market right now (Trident Z5 RGB) operates at 6600 MT/s.

I wonder if intel will get any benefit from those, usually was AMD that enjoyed faster memory, i wonder if this generation with larger caches does any difference apart 7zip and some geekbenching

Intel always scaled good with fast memory.. AMD scaled the best with lower timings, but less with Ryzen.

If you are meaning AMD 7 series, so is it about 6400mhz max stable plus/minus a few 100 mhz. Depends on imc/timings/voltage etc...
I'm running 6200mhz c28 on 7950x now. 6400 with tight timings isn't 100% stable yet. Maybe I need a new bios or better memory controller.
Edit: wrote 7400 instead of 6400..

Not sure if meant that way, but compatible does not equal "guaranteed".
Was it late yesterday, HH
