BFG pulls out of Europe

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 03/04/2010 12:38 PM | source: | 0 comment(s)

Earlier last year Guru3D was already informed about the fact that BFG Tech's Europe division was not performing well enough in a saturated and difficult market. As such last year the decision was made for BFG to pull out of the European market and focus on North America.

You guys probably have noticed that if you where on the market for a BFG card in the EU that they where really hard to find. Yesterday we received notice from the BFG EU press department that they have left BFG as a result of this, making this a somewhat formal announcement. BFG will no longer be active in the European Market.

It is still unclear how current warranties and upgrade programs are affected by this.

What an incredible loss for the European channel, as BFG produced amongst the most best quality products on the market, and especially their OC and Liquid cooled graphics cards are just brilliant.

Take a good look at the photo below, you won't see these products in Europe any longer.
