Battlefield 1 and 4 Premium Pass available for free

Electronic Arts and DICE are giving away the Premium Pass for Battlefield 1 for free. From now and until September 18th, you can acquire your free copy and keep this Premium Pass yours forever.

The Battlefield 1 Premium Pass includes new multiplayer maps, 20 new unlockable weapons, 14 unique dog tags and 14 Battlefield 1 Superior Battlepacks (with increased odds of dropping an additional bonus item compared to a Standard or Distinguished Battlepack). Furthermore, it includes all the previously released DLCs, such as They Shall Not Pass, In the Name of the Tsar, Turning Tides and Apocalypse. In other words, and if you are still playing Battlefield 1, this is an offer you must not miss. In order to acquire your free copies, all you have to do is head over at Origin, browse your library, find Battlefield 1, click on Extra content and then get the Premium Pass.

Premium packages include new maps, new game modes, new Operations, new Elite classes and more. For Battlefield 1 premium package, go here, and for Battlefield 4 Premium Membership head over here. Just add them to your account and keep them forever.

You need to have base Battlefield games and a free Origin account to enjoy the free mayhem offered here. Don’t have a base game? You can still get the premium packages now, and if you buy Battlefield 1 and/or 4 in the future, you can use the DLC packs for free.

That's nice of them. I doubt it will help BF5 much, and clearly that's what this is all about. I think they really screwed up this time. The only two BF games I haven't bought in my entire life are Hardline and BF5. I don't consider either a proper BF game.

I bought BF1 way back in March during one of their sales, as part of a double pack with Titan Fall 2, and haven't even played multiplayer, once. I've only played about 1-2hrs of the campaign, and that was just to see how the game ran on my PC.

It just didn't click with me, so couldn't be bothered with the online gaming part of it, getting to know large scale maps is such a tedious time consuming effort for me these-days, I'll only put the effort into games that immediately grab me, and this just didn't.

TF2 on the other hand, awesome game.

TF2=Team Fortress 2. TFall2=Titanfall 2

Also, the maps are tiny btw. But meh it's a pretty shit game IMO. As is BF5
