ASUS Releases Prime A320M-E - AMD Ryzen A320 Motherboard

Cute, tiny and it should be affordable. ASUS just released its Prime A320M-E, this is a AMD A320 chipset based motherboard for Ryzen processors (Socket AM4).

This Micro ATX board should be in the region of costing 75 bucks. It features ASUS proprietary protection functions and features proper reliability. It is equipped with "5 X Protection III" consisting of digital power supply circuit "DIGI + VRM", "SafeSlot" enhanced solder contact, overvoltage protection, surge protection and so on. It also comes with a high (higher) quality sound audio circuit that is isolated from the PCB and us using Japanese made capacitors.

  • LAN: Gigabit LAN × 1 (Realtek RTL 8111 H)

  • Interface: USB 3.1 (Gen 2) × 1, USB 3.1 (Gen 1) × 4, HDMI × 1, DVI-D × 1, D-Sub × 1, Gigabit LAN × 1, PS / 2 × 2, Audio Terminal × 3

Memory slot supports DDR 4 - 3200 MHz × 2 (maximum 32 GB), storage supports M.2 × 1 and SATA 3.0 (6 Gbps) × 4 which supports up to 32 Gbps. PCI - Express 3.0 (x16) x 1 and PCI - Express 2.0 (x 1) x 2 are installed as expansion slots.

Same thing as a B350M-K I think, with the A320 chipset.
Good for business products I guess, I'd never go lower than B350.

A320 isn't meant for enthusiasts. It's an ideal chipset for a micro ATX or mini ITX build with no intent to overclock. Since the Ryzen stock heatsinks weirdly good, A320 makes for a very good low-price platform.

For people like us, I agree a B350 is the minimum.
