ASUS last week released some new STRIX power supplies, this week you may add some TUF series as well, the new PSUs carry an 80-plus Bronze certification.

The capacities offered are currently 550W and 650W. A 750W and 750W will be added later.

ASUS promotes their Long-life military-grade components (which originally was an MSI idea lol) are used for the choke coil and capacitors. In addition, reliability and durability are enhanced by double ball bearings, which boast about twice the life of sleeve bearings, and "Protective PCB Coating," which protects the board from moisture and dust.

In addition, it is equipped with a semi-fanless function "0 dB technology", which is rare in the 80 PLUS BRONZE certification model. Furthermore, the cooling fan is equipped with a 135mm diameter fan of "Axial-tech fan design" that applies VGA cooler technology to achieve both cooling performance and quietness. +12V is a single lane design, the output is 45.8A for 550W model, 51A for 650W model. The cable is a direct connection type, and the protection circuit is equipped with OPP (overload protection)/OVP (overvoltage protection)/UVP (undervoltage protection)/SCP (short circuit protection)/OCP (overcurrent protection)/OTP (overtemperature protection) ..

The main body size is 150 mm wide, 150 mm deep, 86 mm high, and weighs 1.89 kg for the 550 W model and 2.06 kg for the 650 W model. The product warranty is 6 years. At the moment, there are no sales announcements for these products in the domestic market.

I wont touch anything Asus ever again. My friend had his TUF B450 Pro for almost a year, got a replacement board even and only problems. Now happy with an MSI Tomahawk.
My Lan has giving me the freaks, I'm scared it will stop working or something, and my friend RX 580 with 8 months already has rust.
Asus, nah!
