Assumed NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 16GB 3DMark performance benchmarks leaked

While we're unsure how anyone can measure 3Dmark on an unreleased card ( NVIDIA does not deliver full drivers even to board partners), some numbers are up.

The findings are impressive; in fact, the GPU is already the quickest in a 3DMARK ranking. In FireStrike Extreme and TimeSpy Extreme, this purported RTX 4080 received 17465 and 13977 Graphics points, respectively, putting it at the very top of the list.

NVIDIA unveiled two RTX 4080 GPUs, the 16GB edition with more cores and memory. The reported tested model has 9728 CUDA cores and an AD103 GPU, whereas the 12GB model has 7680 cores and an AD104 GPU. Both variants will be available at the same time next month, but the exact date has not yet been confirmed.

Great, that makes my 6900xt at same level or better than 4080 12G, except I have 16GB vram and I only paid 800e for it vs (estimate) 1300e.

until their drivers arent all or nothing for install, and they have a shadow-play equivalent,
i will stay on Nv.
i dont buy model numbers, but what i have the funds for so any price difference is not really relevant to me,
much more if i can get a LC version/block for it.

Dude I get ya but to be honest having to deal with both I can say drivers have issues here and there on both, not major but mostly isolated that most of us with a bit of knowledge can find a workaround.
For example now all agmes that I run on nvidia I also run on amd, mostly popular titles and they all run great on both.
As for price, I buy price/performance lately and yes my budget went down since I don't play that much anymore, can't be arsed to spend 5k on a box just to play game now and then.

When I decided to buy a better card for 4k I really wanted a 3080ti, but the best offer for it was 1300e at the time so 6900xt at 800e was a no brainer for me.

Guess I will be waiting for the 4090 ti or the 5000 series.

Even without driver support, I don't expect much more than what was posted here.

Is that performance really worth $2300 AUD.... nope not a bloody chance?

Their NDAs that are not allowing reviewers to review and show us before the release just go to show Nvidia doesn't want true numbers released before the cards.
