Aqua Computer Launches Cuplex Kryos NEXT RGBpx Water Blocks

Aqua Computer Launches Cuplex Kryos NEXT RGBpx Water Blocks

The newly developed cuplex kryos NEXT RGBpx series not only provides excellent cooling performance but also sets unique optical accents. This is achieved above all by the integrated lighting, which enables impressive effects thanks to the 11 individually addressable RGBpx LEDs.

The lighting is housed in an elegant CNC milled, blasted and anodized aluminium frame. The threads for mounting the cooler are also located in this frame, whereby the force is evenly distributed onto the housing, thus minimizing stress onto it. Of course, the aluminium has no contact with the coolant. The Plexiglas housing is also manufactured in a complex CNC processing. During the construction, great attention was paid to long-term stability and, for example, the material was designed with large rest-thicknesses.

As an alternative to the Plexiglas version, Aqua Computer also offers the cuplex kryos NEXT RGBpx with a housing made of white Delrin. Thanks to the RGBpx LEDs, there are many possibilities to adjust the color and display great effects. For example, in conjunction with the farbwerk 360 controller the color can change with the temperature while at the same time a circulating effect visualizes the processor load.

The micro-structured base with FEM-optimized deformation guarantees an optimal cooling performance with a low flow resistance. Aqua Computer's Flush Mount System hides the springs below the mounting brackets, resulting in a slim appearance without the need for tall screws.

The distance between the G1/4" threads is 25.5 mm and allows the installation of very large fittings. In addition to the mounting kit, a syringe of Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal compound and a 50 cm long RGBpx connection cable are included in the scope of supply.

The coolers can be ordered from Aqua Computer's webshop as of now and shipping will start shortly. The price for the standard versions is 84,89 Euro. If you choose .925 Sterling Silver instead of the nickel-plated copper base, the price is 199,90 Euro.

I was hoping they'd release an Aquaero 7, or something .... hell, ANYTHING... that doesn't have RGB.

*looks over at brand new z490 motherboard and gags as RGB changes color* /smh

II gotta turn that crap off in the bios later.

The two on the left are Intel. The two on the right are AMD. They even sell a version that is .925 silver for 199 euros.
