AMD Ryzen 5000 Cezanne APU Die Render Photo

Hey, we love our share of processor die photos, a new one has surfaced which is a Ryzen 5000 Cezanne APU Die, notably big, and yeah that's a totally different APU alright.

Zen 3 Cezanne APUs will get up to 8 cores and 16 threads holding 8 graphics core clusters and 20 PCIe lanes. We doubt that the lanes will be based on PCIe 4.0, but one never knows with AMD's eagerness in everything tech. Compared the Cezanne die looks to be ~10%'ish larger than the last one, Renoir. Zen 3 has a larger L3 cache (16 MB).

We expect Ryzen 5000H Cezanne series processors to be announced by AMD next week, January 11-14.

Crazy how drastically different both of them look. Certain sections appear to be in the same general area, but otherwise hardly anything looks to have been carried over from last gen.

Maybe Cezanne is RDNA (1?) and not Vega as previously thought ?
If that is the case, obviously it will look radically different from previous Vega GPU clusters.

We will find out soon enough...
