Acer Predator Aethon 700 can switch between red axis and blue axis typing modes

A new gaming keyboard, the Predator Aethon 700, is set to hit the market on February 9th with an estimated price of around $279.

The keyboard boasts a unique blue and red axis switch that allows for both comfortable feedback and high accuracy in game play, or quick and smooth input. The optical switch key mechanism guarantees fast and precise input in all modes.

The Predator Aethon 700 features 104 English keys, with a key durability of 60 million clicks and a report rate of 1ms/1,000 Hz. The keyboard also has a backlight with 16.8 million color options and four brightness levels, along with seven different mode options and N key rollover and 100% anti-ghosting capabilities.

The keyboard has a USB 2.0 interface, with a body size of 450mm wide, 161.5mm deep, and 53.5mm high. It comes with a 1.8m cable and a magnetic palm rest for added comfort during extended gaming sessions.
