Acer Launches B326HUL 32-Inch WQHD Display
Acer announced the availability of its new Acer B326HUL WQHD LED 32-inch display delivering ultra-high resolution, significant viewing area and an ergonomic stand for professional customers in the United States. The WQHD 2560 x 1440 resolution provides four times the resolution of standard HD 720p.
The high pixel density delivers images with excellent detail, making it perfect for advanced HD productivity and multimedia applications such as video, photo and presentation editing. The large screen is ideal for viewing large spreadsheets and the wide 178-degree viewing angles make the display well-suited for presentations and collaborating with others.
The new display has a 16:9 aspect ratio and 300 nits brightness. The crisp 100,000,000:1 maximum contrast ratio provides a high level of clarity, while the fast 6 ms response time contributes to sharp images, critical for viewing video. Featuring 100 percent sRGB, the Acer B326HUL provides exceptional color accuracy and with 6-axis color adjustment, users can customize the hues and saturation of each color. In addition, Acer eColor Management allows users to optimize image performance to best suit the viewing scenario.
The Acer B326HUL touts a clean design with venting integrated into the grooves for a sleek look and feel. A storage tray houses common office items and a magnetic surface on the stand base accommodates paper clips. It also provides a convenient smart phone holder and two 2W speakers. VESA compliant, it can be mounted on a wall to free up desk space.
Primed for Comfort
Acer ComfyView non-glare protection provides a polarizer material to reduce unnecessary lighting reflection for more comfortable viewing. The ergonomic design optimizes the viewing position for maximum comfort. Boasting a multi-function ErgoStand with tilt, swivel and height adjustment, the display can tilt 25 degrees up or -5 degrees down for finding the optimum view. It can also swivel 60 degrees to the left or right, while the height can be adjusted 150 mm up or down.
Offering an array of connectivity options, the Acer B326HUL comes with two HDMI ports, DVI-D (Dual Link) input, DisplayPort and a USB 3.0 hub, so users can connect multiple peripherals simultaneously.
Eco-Friendly Design
EPEAT Gold registered, the highest level of EPEAT registration available, the display meets all of EPEAT's required criteria and at least 75 percent of EPEAT's optional criteria. The Acer B326HUL is constructed of mercury-free, recycled material to reduce the environmental impact.
It's also LED-backlit, which reduces energy costs by consuming less power than standard CCFL-backlit displays. ENERGY STAR and TCO 6.0 qualified, it adheres to strict environmental, performance and ergonomic design standards.
Pricing and Availability
The new Acer B326HUL Series display will be available at Acer resellers and leading online retailers in the U.S. this month with prices starting at $899. It features a standard three-year warranty.

Meh. You want presentations use a projector. You want movies get an awesome $900 TV. Artistic color accuracy even, half the features this has becomes a waste of money. Plenty of better monitors for games, which I understand this monitor is not for. But it doesn't seem useful for any niche.
Also it would be nice if you or someone bothered to write these things yourselves. Rather then just copy and pasting anything and everything every tech company pays you to put on your site. It's literally no better then what this site does... http://www.prweb.com/releases/2014/05/prweb11834622.htm. Note the wording. And that is a crap site made for people to dump their ads for things with the one goal of increasing visibility on the internet. The fabled SEO and such.
And even they add their own "Editor’s Summary" to the end. It's pretty sad a site like that would put more time into posting this stuff.
At least Techpowerup posts it with the information that it's a press release, implying that things an advertiser says may not by the views of the owner of the site. But I don't see anything like that here on Guru3d.
It's not a review, just info.
Nothing wrong with that.

its not because they put the right response time and not the ususal " accelerated GtG " one ( most 1ms GTG accelerated have 5-6ms response time in reality ) that it is bad.. In reality, any monitor spec should not only include the response time of the pixel, but the total of the Input of the signal time including the hardware delay ( so called Input lag )..

I like to much how the beasty 30" from Dell in game mode is exploding every monitor out there..
Now... i hope this is not a new trend to do 32" with 2560x1440 ( 27" ) resolution as it have been the case before for 27" 1080p.... This resolution is perfect for 27", less for 32"...

No more than 1080p resolution is needed for anything and a 32" monitor is just too big. I now have a 24" which is great for games but for web browsing and other normal activities is too big. I run my browser windowed because otherwise it's too much mouse travel to click on things and close the program.
Like it says, this is for business and presentation use.

It has the same pixel density as a 24'' 1080p screen which is fine.
