ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3090 and RTX 3080 Trinity Holo Renders (Update)
I think it'll be safe to say that quite a bit of info is starting to leak on the pending RTX cards. AIB ZOTAC has a leak going on with renders of their design, the renders are intended for their product pages.
Meet for example the ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3090 “Trinity Holo” from the HoloBlack series. According to the information leaked on the Zotac page, that will be the name that accompanies the brand new NVIDIA Ampere series graphics card. Also featured on the site are the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Extreme and the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge Holo, both under the phrase “Coming soon”. They will be releasing quite a number of GeForce RTX 3080 and 2090 cards it seems:
- GeForce RTX 3090 AMP Extreme
- GeForce RTX 3090 Trinity HoLo
- GeForce RTX 3090 Trinity
- GeForce RTX 3080 AMP Extreme
- GeForce RTX 3080 Trinity HoLo
- GeForce RTX 3080 Trinity
- GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge HoLo
- GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge
It is worth mentioning that the RTX 3080 graphics card under the name "AMP Extreme " could entail a 20 GB GDDR6X edition compared to the 10 GB of the standard edition, which could confirm the rumor we mentioned earlier on this. And yeah, as mentioned AIBs have the dual 8-pin connectors. Check out the screenshots, as there's a massive bunch of them.
A big GPU
An additional render has been spotted by videocardz, and that one is showing the humongous size of the GPU. That would be the GA102. That's a densely packed PCB with all the components so close towards each other alright.
Update:
This photo just was posted by Videocardz, what the heck is that. Will the cards really need this much cooling?

2 and half slot. And as wide and long as reference. (Really big.)
I wonder what's the point in preventing air from leaving card at sides.

Don't know if one manufacturer will shrink the huge size of the card? I'm limited to 30cm in my case... or I will have to mod it

The 3090 is unlikely to be able to be shrunk much. It contains a whole lot of power delivery and memory, which all require a lot of space.
