Zotac has outed a GeForce GTX 1070 Mini Graphics Card, and yes that would be a smaller version, roughly 21cm for the length due to a slightly extending cooler.

Typically mini refers towards mini-ITX compatible formats at 15 and 17 cm, this one remains to be fairly normal in size though. Then again, the AMP! was like 30 cm, so that is a big difference in that respect.

Cooling wise you are looking at your normal aluminum fin array with two 80mm spinners. The card is fed from one single 8-pin power header but stays at reference clock-speeds of 1518 MHz core, 1708 MHz GPU Boost and 8.00 GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory. The card has been fitted with 3x DisplayPort 1.4, 1x HDMI 2.0b and a dual-link DVI connector. This will be a sub 400 USD product.
