ZOTAC Also Offers Low Profile GeForce GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti

MSI did it, Gigabyte did it, now Zotac as well is offering low-profile versions of their GeForce GTX 1050 (ZT-P15000E-10L) and 1050 Ti (ZT-P10510E-10L).

Both cards are equipped with an aluminum heatsink that has two small 40mm fans. The cards do take up two slots. With a length of 14.4 cm the cards folow a mITX format at 5.7" x 4.38" x 1.5" (14.5 cm x 11.1 cm x 3.7 cm).

You will see a 1290 MHz base and 1392 Mhz boost clock for the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti card and a faster 1354 MHz base and 1455 MHz boost clock for the pared-down GeForce GTX 1050 model. Neither one of them requires an external power supply. The cards each have a DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b and dual-link DVI connector. A low-profile bracket is included in the box. Pricing and availability to date remains unknown.

This are nice for low profile cases.

But if you have a little more space, I recommend the mini edition. They are single slot and with a 90mm fan, noise wont be as noticeable.

The MSI website lists these as 160mm length, not 144mm as you suggest.

It's worth noting, the 750ti low profile cards are shorter (or at least, the MSI one I have is at 146mm)

The MSI 1050ti LP is 182mm - way way longer than the 750, it wont fit in my case, (I need room behind the card to position a blower fan around the back to make it single slot)

This Zotac might not fit either......... and Gigabyte are quoting 167mm.

So in any case, the Zotac might be the shortest of the bunch at 160mm!

This is about zotac...so...what?

Though looking at zotacs website does kinda state what you state, but also, they contradict themselves as well, for an even lower number.

https://www.zotac.com/download/files/overview/gtx1050-low-profile-lp-for-overview.jpg

States there, 111.15mm

But in all honesty, that doesn't make sense. The Mini looks to go just to the back of the PCI-Express lane, plus a tiny little bit. Basically the smallest you can make a 16x card do. The LP shows to be longer.

Yet the LP is listed at 111.15mm, and the Mini is listed at 144.78mm.

Am i missing something or is this not adding up?
