Zephyr Mouse has an active fan that can run up to 10k RPM to prevent sweaty palms

Zephyr Mouse has an active fan that can run up to 10k RPM to prevent sweaty palms

I tell you, things keep getting more insane sometimes. Face it, pretty much everything and anything has been invented for mice already. So meet Zephyr, a mouse with active fan cooling, you know to keep them palms less sweaty.

You'll notice in the screenshot that the fan is located under the palm casing that is profoundly vented. Now here's the thing, tiny fans can make a lot of noise, especially at high-RPM, and thus bad boy can be configured from 4,000 even towards 10,000RPM (!). Yeah, at that setting the mouse can probably levitate as well; which could be a fun feature if I am being honest ;).

Outside of its fan, it's yet another mouse gamer, with OMRON switches rated for 50 million clicks, a PixArt PMW 3389 sensor with a DPI range of 100 to 16,000, a button to select one of its five software-configurable DPI profiles ( By default they are 800, 1,600, 3,200, 6,400, and 16,000 DPI), an asymmetrical design (even though its buttons are on the right side), and of course in lots of RGB.

The Zephyr will go through a fundraising stage on Kickstarter that will begin on July 22, where it can be backed at $79.99.

I wonder if the mouse outer surface facing the hand will have sensors to measure temperature and the electrical conductance of the user's skin to automatically adjust the fan rpm.

How many buttons does the mouse have?

And does anyone have any info on that keyboard:

And does anyone have any info on that keyboard:

AULA seems to be the brand but I can't find the model. Might be an unreleased/prototype/pre-production model, or could be a custom frame for one of their existing keyboards.
