XFX To Release a Fanless Radeon RX 460 Graphics Card
The Radeon RX 460 isn't exactly what you'd call a power-hog or hot running GPU, so why not make a passively cooled version XFX figured.
The product will be fitted with merely an aluminum heatsink that is two slots thick. The card itself doesn't draw power from any external power connectors and feeds on the PCI-Express slot Monitor outputs are DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0b, and dual-link DVI (one for each). The card is spotted in and for for the Asia market, it is unclear if it'll make it outside that region.

Certainly!
Although the usual HTPC use with media files and browsing doesn't let the fans of any semi passive GPU spin up (in my case 960 strix), yet when it comes to (light) gaming you take one of those, put one or two silent fans of your choice onto the huge cooler, and watch it be the quietest and coolest 460 you'll get (besides watercooling maybe).

It might be time to build a new HTPC for me then. It has been awhile since I have had one, and I miss it.

What a fantastic HTPC card this would make.
