It's how the feet are placed on the bottom of the console it only has three feet and the one on the left side of the console is about 5cm inward. This really is a poor atempt at trolling from Xbone fanboys to distract people from the real problem, the XB1 is the inferior system.
The wobble of course being an immense issue. After all, when buying a new console how can a person possibly stop themselves from sitting next to the thing and prodding it? The PS4's prodding performance is a disgrace!
