i put an ssd in my 360...
logic would dictate that with near 50gb mandatory installs on ps4 and x1 external hard drive support will have to come eventually. microsoft probably just doesnt want people ****ing up inside their x1 and have to deal with tons of extra returns. there is a usb 3.0 port on the side of the x1 so i would imagine they would want you to use an external drive in there easily instead of taking apart the system.

So if you want to upgrade your hard drive to a bigger size, you'll have to void your warranty. Nice one Microsoft lol.


They did the same thing with the 360 infact didnt the 360 have propriety connections too?
