Thanks to Netflix 'The Witcher: The four and a half-year-old Witcher 3 breaks its own record of simultaneously active players on Steam. With the successful Netflix series, numerous players are likely to want to finally catch up on the role-playing game or play it through again. 

In addition, The Witcher 3 was available again in the Steam Winter Sale 2019 , significantly reduced, which should have made the purchase decision easier for those interested. The Witcher 3 has a Metascitic of 93 and a user score of 9.4 on Metacritic .
