Windows 10 will soon predict the best time to restart PC after an update
With a bit of AI Windows 10 soon does not restart immediately after an update when a computer is in use. Computers that work with Windows 10 can independently install and implement updates by restarting.
There are many complaints on the internet from users who report that it happens regularly when they are busy with something else. Microsoft now writes in a blog post to be aware of the complaint. The company promises to remedy the problems with artificial intelligence. The company uses the technology to predict the best time to restart the computer.
"The AI not only looks at whether the device is in use, but also tries to predict whether you just walked away to get coffee," writes Windows top woman Dona Sarkar. Microsoft has tested the function internally and mentions "promising results". At this time, artificial intelligence for updates is only available in the beta version of Windows 10. It is expected to be added to the regular operating system later on.

It's amazing that they still don't give you an option to manually restart whenever you want. What if I can't have my computer restarting whenever it wants? What if I'm rendering something and need it up for 4 days or 2 weeks?

Then you have to cripple windows update in advance. It did happen to me few times. MS loves to restart PCs at 3AM.
