Windows 10 to use telemetry data to troubleshoot and automatically fix issues
Microsoft shared word that it will start using Windows 10 telemetry data to help users with computer problems. Users with problems currently have to find the right troubleshooter to try to solve their issue. With up[coming Windows 10 revisions, that'll become an automated process.
The improved troubleshooter will actively use your diagnostic telemetry data collected by the system to diagnose computer issues reports myce today. Based on that data, Windows 10 will detect the problem and provide a tailored set of fixes that are then automatically applied. Microsoft hasn’t provided any specifics on the information that is shared and used for this feature.
-- Microsoft -- Don’t feel like troubleshooting? We’ve got you covered. In previous releases, if you noticed your PC was having a problem, you would have to find the right troubleshooter and then manually walk through all the different steps to resolve it. We hear your feedback that the time that takes to do can be frustrating – why not just automatically fix issues that you know how to fix and can detect? We agree! If an issue occurs we want to get you back up and running as quickly as possible, so with Build 18262 you’ll find a new recommended troubleshooting setting under Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot in Build 18262. This feature uses diagnostic data you send to deliver a tailored set of fixes matching problems we detect on your device and will automatically apply them to your PC.
A setting for the new troubleshooter has been added to the latest Windows 10 Insider build but it can’t be used yet. Microsoft explains the feature is in development and will be enabled in future Insider builds. When, and if, the feature will be added to the production version of Windows 10 is unknown.

Lost me there hahah :-D As if any troubleshooter ever worked reliably.
Joking aside, I'm rather happy managing things my own way, thank you MS. However, if this works well enough then I suspect a lot of issues can be solved easier by non-techy people, which is a good thing for Windows.
