Windows 10 support ends as of October 2025

Microsoft has released a timeline in which the current Windows 10 will go end of life, that specifically will be October 14, 2025. Next week, Microsoft will announce more about the next generation of Windows

The support page for Windows 10 Pro and Home reveals the date of October 14, 2025. Microsoft began supporting Windows 10 Home and Pro support on July 29, 2015, so Windows 10 will last precisely .. ten years, as with the previous Windows versions.

June 24, Microsoft will announce more about the next generation of Windows. This Microsoft event will be broadcast live on that day.

Hey, with the right hardware, I thought Windows Vista, especially with SP1 and beyond, was really good. In fact, I thought it was better than Windows 7 but, oh well, things always move on.

I went from xp to vista when they got released but was early and finding even drivers was challenging ! And the liwer perfomance was just not worth it then went to 7 eventually . So really i have no clue how was vista sp1 , either way on windows 8 metro was massively disliked that's why almost everyone almost forgot 8 ever existed, they even tried to double down with 8.1 till they cave in and gave us the start bar of windows 10 witch i like . Removed everything that was there and now has only things i put there .....we will see on w11 if they will get it right or one of the most famous programs will become something like start11 !
