The only instance I can think of where this could be a problem is if your physics engine is tied to your network engine.
Valve figured this out over a decade ago and simply do not allow the two systems to sync, because you'd get serious problems.
Isn't the physics in UE3 locked at 30fps? I seem to remember Bioshock had issues in the past when you unlocked the framerate it caused the physics engine to get weird. Don't know if they ever fixed this.

Any time I would enable interactive smoke and fog, my game would crash within minutes of game play, sometimes at the start screen. Other than the low res textures and that, game played smooth. Looking forward to playing more when the patch is finally released

I think he was talking more about the fact that you can't go over 90fps.
Besides MSi AB framelimiting is a thing.
very needed feature. i always frame limit fps to 60 on my 60hz monitor. anything above 60fps on a 60hz monitor is useless, it just wastes power, make gpu run hot for no reason. so just because you don't understand or use frame limit doesn't mean no one else does.

problem is when there's a 30fps frame limiter, like... really? is there anyone who likes 30fps?
