VTX3D is no more
On its website VTX3D announced that it is forwarding all activities towards TUL, and that means effectively it ended their business. The Asia region (and some EU) targeted seller also has stated that all warranties now go through TUL (PowerColor).
Over the years VTX3D (Vertex and 3D) was founded in 2009 as a separate daughter company through TUL, but never gained any significant enough market share. The approach was to create more affordable graphics cards through the use of custom PCBs. Ever since 2014 things have been rather quiet with this brand and TUL seems to place all focus on their PowerColor brand name for selling video cards.
That means VTX3D is no-more, if you have such a card and get a warranty issue, click here.

I bought their 7850 after my 4870 died a few years ago. Had it for about a year and it was a nice little card. About the size of a Nano and very quiet. I liked their boxes too... the only company still using Ruby as a mascot on them. Shame to see them gone, although I suppose it's really only a brand being retired, with TUL and PowerColor living on.
