Updated: Download AMD Crimson ReLive 16.12.2 January 9 2017 WHQL release
AMD today updated the Crimson ReLive 16.12.2 drivers. The new drivers now have WHQL certification with a January 3 build date. Some users report fixed VRAM clock issues. Apparently these also fix some ping time issues with certain WiFi adapters and also fix a mouse cursor corruption issue.

Ah yes AMD does tend to spread the files out a bit, some are in the System32 / SysWoW64 folders and others end up in the driver repository.
( C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\c0310011.inf_amd64_7c21aa033b961c28 For this driver.)
And some end up in the Program Files folder depending on their purpose such as that DSEManager file and video decoders I think they are.
(Further split depending on GPU such as the 480 Polaris having some extra files for h265 support.)
In addition to the actual AMD Installer and it's CNext and Legacy control panels, hopefully they can get rid of that legacy part one of these days and have full functionality via the new CNext.
(Now with ReLive there's probably a lot of effort in fixing issues caused by that though and the reported problems for older GPU models with Wattman is likely a priority too, or so I'd hope at least since it seems pretty important.)
