Toshiba Q300 Pro Series Internal SSDs released
Toshiba announced today two new internal solid-state drive (SSD) storage devices with up to 960 GB of capacity. The new SSDs include the Toshiba Q300 Pro Series Internal SSD Hard Drive with Adaptive Size SLC Write cache technology to enable SLC-like performance.

Also available is the Q300 Series - built with 3-bit-per-cell NAND TLC flash technology and Toshiba's in-house controller, it is a high-speed SSD that's ideal for mainstream and mobile users seeking a PC upgrade from a traditional hard drive to revitalize their computer's performance. Offering up to 960 GB of storage with a three-year standard limited warranty, this SSD delivers ultra-quiet operation, low power consumption and tough shock resistance for greater long-term durability all in an ultra-thin 7 mm design.

Both of these look good, I wonder how they relate to models in their OCZ branding and whether similar OCZ models are released down the track.
I was actually looking up Toshiba yesterday, but in regards to mechanical drives. They have three new mechanical drive models (with different capacities in each). The new models are E300 (extended computing, essentially a low powered green type drive), the P300 (performance), and X300 (extreme performance).
Note the italics next to the model names, that is from Toshiba's blurb of these.
So, it seems that Toshiba have gone to a new naming schedule, with the new generation of drives getting a letter followed by 300... with E, P, X mechanical drives and Q (maybe meaning quiet?) for SSD's.
