Thermalright Ultra 120 EX REV.4 is a side flow with two high static pressure fans.

The Ultra 120 EX REV.4 high-end side-flow CPU cooler from Thermalright. There are two colors available: black and white.

The cooling fan is a high static pressure 120mm fan with an air volume of 69CFM and a static pressure of 2.87mmH2O, and there are two of them, one on each side of the heat sink. The nickel-plated C1100 copper base plate is outfitted with 6mm x 6 heat pipes. Furthermore, to prevent interference with the memory slot, an offset design is used, with the heat sink offset from the base plate. The maximum fan speed is 2,150 rpm 10%, the noise level is 28.1 dBA, there are 52 aluminum fins, the thickness is 0.4 mm, and the interval is 1.6 mm. The heat sink is 132mm in width, 64mm in thickness, 157mm in height, and weighs 660g.

Intel LGA115x / 1200/2011 / 2011-3 / 2066/1700, AMD Socket AM4 platforms are supported, and the product guarantee is one year. Pricing sits at roughly 85 EUR.
