Thermalright TA120 EX MINI White side flow cooler with a total height of 135 mm

Thermalright unveiled the TA120 EX MINI WHITE white side-flow CPU cooler with a 120mm fan.

Although it is a 120mm fan model, the overall height is as low as 135mm, allowing for the installation of even a reasonably small mini tower PC case without interfering with the side panel. Additionally, with the aluminum fins reduced to 45 mm in thickness, there is no need to worry about interfering with the memory slot. The cooling fan's specs include a maximum rotational speed of 1,850 rpm 10%, a maximum air volume of 82 CFM, a maximum static pressure of 2.1 mmH2O, an S-FDB bearing, and a noise level of 29.6 dBA. The dimensions are 120mm wide, 120mm deep, 25mm thick, and 140g in weight.

The heat sink contains 0.4 mm thick fins, 1.6 mm fin spacing, 42 fins, a nickel-plated C1100 copper base plate, and a 6 mm x 5 mm heat pipe. The heat sink is 45 mm in width, 124 mm in depth, and 135 mm in height. It weighs 460 g.
