Thermalright introduced the low profile top flow CPU cooler AXP90-X53 FULL BLACK with a height of 53mm. The base plate is made of nickel-plated C1100 copper and has 6 mm x 4 heat pipes. 

It achieves outstanding cooling performance while remaining small by effectively transferring heat generated by the CPU to the heat sink and dispersing heat. There are 54 cooling fins, each with a thickness of 0.3 mm and a spacing of 1.6 mm. The "TL-9015B" cooling fan has a maximum rotation speed of 2,700 rpm 10%, a noise level of 22.4 dBA, a maximum air volume of 42.58 CFM, a static pressure of 1.33 mmH2O, and a 2-ball bearing.

The heat sink is 95 mm in width, 94.5 mm in depth, and 38 mm in height. The overall weight is 540g, and the platforms supported include Intel LGA115x/ 1200/1700 and AMD Socket AM4.
