Phantom Spirit 120 SE is a dual-tower side-flow CPU cooler with two 120mm fans. The base plate is made of C1100 copper with corrosion-resistant nickel plating and is outfitted with U-shaped heat pipes measuring 6 mm x 7.

The CPU generates heat swiftly transmitted to the two heatsinks and dissipated, utilising two fans for optimum cooling performance. The cooling fan measures 120 x 120 x 25 mm, with a maximum rotation speed of 1,500 rpm 10%, a maximum air volume of 66.17 CFM, a maximum static pressure of 1.53 mm H2O, a noise level of 25.6 dBA, and has an S-FDB bearing. The heat sink measures 125mm wide, 110mm deep, and 154mm high and weighs 765g. Intel LGA115x/1200/1700 and AMD Socket AM5/AM4 are supported platforms.
