This cooler was designed not to interfere with memory slots or graphics cards even when mounted on a Mini-ITX motherboard. It is a minor change model of "Silver Arrow ITX-R", the weight of the heat sink is reduced by 30g, and the cooling fan installed is also changed from "TY-129" to "TY-129B".

The heat receiving base is nickel-plated C1100 copper, and φ6 mm x 6 heat pipes are mounted. The thickness of the heat sink fins is 0.4 mm, the number of fins is 41, the interval is 2.5 mm, and the TDP supports up to 240 W. 

The specifications of "TY-129B" are rotation speed of 600 to 1,500 rpm ± 10%, a noise level of 19 to 23 dBA, air volume of 28.32 to 84.97 CFM, and static pressure of 0.30 to 1.89 mmH2O. The bearing is a sleeve bearing, the connector is a 4-pin PWM, and the size is 120 mm wide, 130 mm high, and 25 mm thick. The size of the heat sink is 103mm in width, 155mm in depth, 147mm in height, and 630g in weight. Supported platforms are Intel 2066 / 2011-3 / 2011 / 115x / 775, AMD Socket AM4.
