Thermalright HR-22 heatsink is passive

Blimey that's a huge mofo. Thermalright teases the HR-22, an upcoming passive processor cooler that will be released in early 2013. The new model features eight heatpipes and 35 aluminium fins, it's designed to passively cool your processor but you can mount fans if you desire more cooling power.
