The large nickel-plated C1100 copper base is equipped with φ6mm x 4 heat pipes. It is designed for efficient cooling by quickly transferring the heat generated by the CPU to a total of 54 aluminum fins with a thickness of 0.3 mm. The maximum rotation speed of the cooling fan is 2,700 rpm ± 10%, the noise level is 22.4 dBA, the maximum air volume is 42.58 CFM, and the maximum static pressure is 1.33 mmH2O. The external dimensions are width 95 mm, depth 94.5 mm, and weight 330 g. Supported platforms are Intel LGA115x / 1200, AMD Socket AM4.
