The ad, for Samsung's 840 EVO Series Solid State Drive, seems to have enjoyed a very strict casting brief: please only audition those with a dependency on Xanax.

Heh, the ad is really bad. Anyway, the 1 GB model has dropped below 500 € in some places already. I'll be getting it early next year and make my PC HDD-less.

Hope you mean the 1 TB model.

Wow, obviously written and produced in Asia for the US market. They totally missed it. Also funny how the "nerd" is going to format his HD and then back it up afterwards. I'd like to see how that worked out.

No, it got us talking about how crappy the commercial is, not how good the product is. The only ones who talked about the product are actual owners of it.

lol I think this is actually a good commercial if aimed towards the typical home pc user. It describes everything in a way they can follow.
