It's not like they've ever been announced already, but according to a leaked embargo letter, NVIDIA struggled to get the necessary components.

According to the most recent information, the launch of the RTX 4090 has been moved from August to September, the RTX 4080 to October, and the RTX 4070 to November reports videocardz.
