Intel 13th Gen Core Raptor Lake-S range leaks 4 to 24 cores on three separate dies (updated)

If we can believe Chinese content developer ExtremePlayer, Intel plans to release 14 different SKUs with four to twenty-four cores. It has been discovered that there are three dies, with only the 13th Generation Core i9 series featuring two clusters of Efficient cores. 



Based on this silicon, three SKUs should be available: 13900K, 13900KF, 13900, and 13900F. The F versions do not have integrated graphics. The leaker does not provide complete clock specifications, however the no-K series appears to be 1 GHz slower (base clock). Meanwhile, the Core i7 series will include half of the Efficient cores for 16 cores and up to 24 threads. Similar to the Core i9 series, the 7 will have four SKUs, half of which will be 65W TDP variations.

The 13th Generation Core i5 series will be further subdivided between K-series using new B0 silicon and non-K SKUs using C0 silicon, which HXL claims is a refresh of Alder Lake silicon (ADL-R). Raptor Lake's mid-tier and entry-level models will include 14, 10, or 4 cores. The slowest Raptor Lake CPU (Core i3-13100) has four Performance cores but no Efficient cores. This is most certainly not an exhaustive list. Intel Raptor Lake-S may feature parts that have not yet been communicated to board partners, as well as low-end SKUs like Pentium or Celeron, however they should also employ Alder Lake dies.
