Have been waiting for years for software development to take advantage of crazy fast memory/storage.
Wondering why a game can't load itself all into memory if the memory is there.
I get it that games aren't developed that way, but my goodness if a game was loaded completely into memory there would be "zero" load times right?!?
I mean 128gb of RAM would surely allow at least half of the games' assets to be loaded and available if most games are considered today.
Waiting for the new systems to aide in this endeavor as that was supposed to be the ultimate idea so the developers say.

So i keep the slower ssds i have for now and when finally that future comes , i will choose my next ssd most likely cheaper and possibly faster !
