Take-Two has delivered over 90 million copies of GTA V

Software publisher Take-Two has delivered over ninety million copies of the game since the release of Grand Theft Auto V in 2013. The game has been out a while, but sales for Rockstar Games’ behemoth of a title haven’t slowed down. Four years after the game’s initial release, Grand Theft Auto V continues to post immensely strong sales numbers.

In a series of Tweets, industry analyst Daniel Ahmad confirmed that Take-Two Interactive has sold 90 million copies of Grand Theft Auto V to date across all five platforms. Of that 90 million, 15 million units were sold in 2017 alone.

In December 2017, GTA Online set a new player record. More people played GTA Online during the month than ever before in the game's history, Take-Two said. The game is enduringly successful, Take-Two said, due in part to Rockstar's commitment to regularly releasing new and engaging content such as the Doomsday Heist and content themed around Halloween and Christmas.

Grand Theft Auto V launched September 2013 on PS3 and Xbox 360, November 2014 on PS4 and Xbox One, and finally on PC April 2015.

They did an amazing job with this game you can play for hours and have fun without even accomplishing anything but the online is basically crap because of the built in auto aim took me a while to figure out why I sucked so bad online but after figuring out why I stopped playing altogether they basically integrated a hack for all.

I guess those numbers have to do with cheating. People enjoy the game and after a permaban for exploiting, they need to buy another account. They probably had a high level so use again a mod to increase their skills, feel better killing mates and spawning cars, etc, until they get banned again and need to purchase a new one.

still waiting for the price to drop below 30€
i understand that as long as there is demand, price won't drop further, but keeping it at 30 after 5 years is just rediculous

*edit*
just checked steam and other retailers, price is back at 60€ since there is no current sales

Easy cure for all the multiplayer issues:

Don't play mulitplayer. That's what I did, and I had a great time, no cheaters, no issues.
