Synology launched RackStation RS820+/RS820RP+, a 1U 4-bay rackmount NAS designed with high-performance data transmission and storage scalability for midsize offices.
"The CPU upgrade of RS820+/RS820RP+ brings high sequential reading throughput at over 1,621 MB/s in a 10GbE environment. I was all excited, because I need a new 4-bay Synology desktop NAS and saw the picture. Then I read the title and saw "RackStation", which are the rack-mounted NAS series. Ah well.
Changing the picture to the RS818+ (or any of the other rack-mounted models) would make my soul feel better.

This looks like a "not much news day" Friday for Hilbert ... that is not meant as a dig by the way, just as a reality of not much going on tech wise for Guru3d to cover.
