Swissbit (Japan) unveiled its latest U.3 SSD "N4200" on April 5, 2023, featuring 3D eTLC NAND flash technology. Available in two models with capacities of 7.68TB and 15.36TB, this SSD boasts a write endurance of up to 3DWPD.

With firmware optimized for specific workloads, the N4200 demonstrates stable performance over an extended period. It supports a PCI Express 4.0 (x4) connection, with a sequential read speed of 7,000 MB/s and a write speed of 4,000 MB/s. The cache is DDR4 DRAM, and power consumption is 16.3W, while the MTBF is over 2 million hours. The N4200 has a compact body size of 69.9 mm width, 100.4 mm depth, and 14.8 mm height.
